Awesome Motive is a software development organisation that powers over 25 million websites who use its software and training videos to grow their traffic, email subscribers, and revenue. Primarily, it operates within the WordPress ecosystem (although it has products that are more traditional SaaS offerings), and I was the operations manager for one of its brands, Thrive Themes.
I joined Awesome Motive through its acquisition of Thrive Themes, which I had joined three years earlier.
My role encompassed product, project and support management and allowed me to help many customers and team members over the years.
